How Nadia Cawley became a Realtor
Nadia Cawley was first interested in real estate when she was in high school in Jamaica. Her source of inspiration was the experience of living with her aunt and uncle-in-law who owned their own home. The seed was planted when Nadia was just a teenager, about 14 or 15 years old. This vision became a reality at the age of 23 when she bought her first property.

One day, Cawley had lunch with a friend who asked what she was doing to attract clients. Her response was referrals, flyers, and reaching out to her circle of influence. At that point, the friend shared a couple of tips. However, after that lunch Nadia realized in order for people to notice her, she had to add value and that is exactly what she did!
